Why this is worth it.
This is not a difficult choice if you dig this sort of peaceful, tranquil vibe in whatever your living space may be.This is my 2nd purchase. It TRULY is as easy as the video(s) displays. The only “complaint” I have about it if any, is that it is indeed reliant on a direct power source it is NOT cordless for anyone wondering. But, who cares if you disguise and/or hide the cord well. The mist stays at a steady consistency until it runs out of liquids. It then shuts itself off so you don”t have to worry about it overheating and blowing it’s own fuse or any other. The timer function is more aboout personal preference not machine safety. I prefer the Firework design as it really shows how layered the glass is compared to a swirl effect or any other besides the owl design, obviously.I would advise buying at least one essential oil even though you can simply use water, (FILTERED WATER)*so you have a more enjoyable experience beyond just it’s beauty. A WORD OF CAUTION WHEN REMOVING THE GLASS TOP: It is actually quite thin despite looking thick while set, & running. Be very delicate when you first begin to remove and replace it as it uses a rubber suction method that you may not be expecting.Do not remove it quickly as suggested in the video unless you add a lubricant such as olive or avocado oil to the rubber part of the base.* About water quality. Use bottled water (or any device you may own like a Brita water filter; I use an automated fridge type that filters minerals.) Minerals in ALL unpurifiud water such as tap water will build into a white hard crusty collection that will clog and eventually destroy the entire machine permanently. You can remove this if you are diligent but it is truly a pain as it is hardened rock material and its very tedious to do. It will eventually become more of a burden than a pleasure that way.If you plan to use multiple essential oils the clean up is easy. You rinse it out a few times then take an ear swab (Q-Tip) that’s been wetted and make circular motions delicately at the center of the water supply chamber. I like to dry it with another after I’m through rinsing to make sure I’ve soaked up previous water/oil mixture. DO NOT PRESS FIRMLY ON THE CENTER HOLE! Light, and delicate until most of the previous scent is gone. (to remove entirely just do the above process and operate diffuser with more stand alone purified water).ENJOY! 😀

Wonderful scent lasts
I purchased this diffuser because I was tired of the wax routine. The way really doesn’t last very long. I have tried different waxes, from different companies. Alas, all are pretty much the same. Unfortunately, a few last a bit longer, but are more expensive.I have a tiny diffuser that didn’t last long at all.Then I discovered the BEST diffuser of ALL TIME. I am totally impressed by how wonderful this piece of art is showing that it is WORTH EVERY PENNY. I am so happy that I purchased 2. I have 1 in the main bathroom, and 1 in the kitchen. What a huge surprise! The scent lasts for hours and it’s strong enough to identify the scent. I have already had comments on how lovely the house smells. Our daughter has mentioned she likes going from room to experience the different scents.

Disappointed how I was treated and how I lost money.
For it to be a nice looking product I was disappointed that it stopped working after a week it was purchased. It started leaking and water leaked where there were wires. Then the diffuser didn’t turn on at all. I was given the runaround by customer service Staff for 3 days . I spoken with 3 different supervisors all informed me I would get a replacement the day I reported it which was Saturday between 5-10 pm it never showed up. When it didn’t show up I called late night and Supervisor told me it will be here Sunday morning between 8-9 it didn’t show up so I kept calling throughout Sunday I was told to give it 24-48 hours. It has not shown up. They asked did I want a refund I said no just replace it. Then I was told it would be here on April 26th. Then they told me I had to drop it off which the places to drop off are far away. Then the last guy I just talked to said it will be here within 14 days. I am out of what I paid for something that doesn’t work. I know they are not sending me the replacement they have to many excuses.
