I needed a new face wash and this one is definitely worth the 5 star rating! This face wash SO good. I feel like it leaves my skin feeling so smooth, hydrated, and refreshed. It cleans deeply without drying and has noticeably cleared up my complexion. A must-have for glowing, healthy skin!

cleans well but requires very thorough rinsing
This is a gentle but foaming cleanser. It doesn’t leave my skin tight or irritated. I have combination skin that leans just a bit towards the dry side, especially away from the center of my face. If you are dry, this may be too much for you. It might not work if you have very oily skin but it does seem to do a thorough job on the very oily parts of my face (nose) without stripping it.It is a bit more difficult to rinse away than some of my other cleansers so be sure to rinse thoroughly.

It cleans very well without drying out the skin. The texture is soft, it foams nicely, and leaves my face fresh and calm. I have sensitive skin and it works perfectly for me. I would definitely buy it again 🌿

This face wash is just okay. I don’t really like the smell, but I don’t mind since I’m thinking it might just be an herbal smell from the heartleaf. But since the description says “foam face wash”, I expected the product to be foaming. Yet, there is very little foam when using the product. As I spread it in my face and rub it in to wash my face, it doesn’t foam at all. It does leave a slick and clean feel, but I am a bit disappointed as there’s no foam and I like to feel soap foaming on my face when I wash.

Strong scent but works well for my sensitive skin
As someone with very sensitive and reactive skin, this cleanser actually works well for me despite the strong scent. I could smell this cleanser before removing it from the box (and, therefore, before removing the seal) which did make me worry about it causing a reaction. The scent is not unpleasant or perfume-like, though I can’t quite place the familiar smell.The cleanser itself looks and feels a bit like clay with a shine to it. It lathers up nicely and really feels like it exfoliates the skin, though I wouldn’t describe this as a foam. After using this cleanser my face feels clean and appears brighter and clearer. It is gentle, not stripping, and it feels as though it helped calm some of the irritation I’ve had recently.At the current $9.95 price this is a great value as the tube is large for a cleanser. But the original price says it is $29.95 which I do think is far too high considering the heavy scent and because I really don’t know anything about this brand. At the current price though I would recommend this cleanser if you aren’t too bothered by a strong scent.
