So I have had this for one month!! And I am starting to notice a reduction of my deep lines! I use it 5 times a week and have been very happy with it! It on takes 3 minutes and it is very comfortable on the face!!!

I’ve been using this LED light therapy mask for a bit, and honestly, it’s been pretty easy to work into my routine. The biggest thing for me is how quick it is. Each session is only about three minutes, so I don’t feel like I have to carve out a big chunk of time to use it. It’s comfortable to wear, lightweight, and simple to operate, just one button and you’re good to go. I also like that it combines multiple light wavelengths into one session instead of making you cycle through different modes, which just makes the whole process feel more efficient. After consistent use, I started noticing my skin feeling a bit smoother and some of my lines looking slightly reduced, which was a nice surprise.That said, it’s not perfect. The fit could definitely be better depending on your face shape, and it can shift around a little unless you tighten it more than you’d like. The coverage isn’t completely even either, so certain areas might not get as much exposure. I also wish the design were a bit more refined in how it stays in place and how the power setup works, since it’s not fully cordless. But overall, I’d still say it’s a solid option if you want something quick, simple, and easy to stay consistent with, which is really the biggest factor with something like this

I am loving this Solawave LED light therapy mask! Let me first say that I love that it’s pink/mauve and not white or black or blue or some other color. they even made the battery pack in a matching color instead of standard white or black.From its packaging to design and use, everything just seems very intentional and well thought out and designed.The packaging is only as large as it needs to be to comfortably fit the mask and uses a cardboard insert instead of plastic to reduce waste and avoid plastic.What you receive is the silicone LED mask, a charging cord, the two protective silicone eye inserts and the battery controller pack, instructions and a very nice, soft storage pouch for the mask. The eye inserts are very easy to insert and then you just need to charge the battery pack and then insert the mask cable into the battery control pack and you are off and running. It’s easy to put on with simple velcro straps and then the control is a single button that starts the 3 minute cycle. It’s super simplified and there are no separate light colors or times to toggle through, which takes the guesswork and any complication out of it.The fact that they’ve newly improved the mask with added LEDs and decreased usage time, changes everything and makes it a game changer for me. The fact that it’s only a 3 minute cycle has made it so easy to incorporate into my routine.I had previously gotten a cheaper generic LED mask that didn’t have any FDA compliance, had fewer LEDs, and had a minimum 10 minute timer cycle going all the way up to 30 minutes. I used it a couple times and then stopped. It just wasn’t something I was going to do for a minimum of 10 minutes everyday. I’m not sure if there was some light leakage in the eye area, but it felt weird to do things while it was on, and then it was just too much to have to lie die with my eyes closed for so long to use it each time. I was also slightly worried since it wasn’t cleared by the FDA or anything. And the light modes were all separate like amber and red, so you’d need to run them separately, taking even more time. But I don’t have any of those concerns or issues with this Solawave mask, and it’s something I’ve already had no problem with doing daily. It’s worth paying a bit more for this mask than wasting time with the cheaper generic masks.So far I’ve only used it for a week, but today I noticed that my skin felt smoother and my pores seemed a little smaller, overall my skin just looked a little better on a whole. It could be in my head and too soon to really tell, but it’s enough for me to stick with it.

The easiest red light therapy that I use
My time with Solawave products have really made me a believer in red light therapy. I have some health challenges and I need a boost in order to overcome these challenges. This is the one I found really helps with some of the bigger issues.I should say off the bat, I am in my 40’s and I have an autoimmune condition. I am male and sometimes have issues finding products directed towards men in this product category. While I cannot say that this doesn’t necessarily focus on men per se, I can tell you that you that is does fit me well and I have a somewhat large head. As far as the autoimmune issues, I have found using this red light mask that I have more energy in general. I’m hoping to see some measurable changes in my labs, but I haven’t had labs recently so I will have to add an update in the future if there is anything notable. I also use another red light product from Solawave, and in combination with this one, I have noticed huge changes in a very short period of time. The other product is placed on the neck and I believe is having a strong effect on my thyroid. The effect of face mask is largely effecting my skin tone and overall energy, but simply having a larger area of skin being effected by the red light therapy is improving my energy and focus more when I combine them. I also believe I am less tired in the day and tend to recover fast after exercise and physical stress. If I was to judge the appearance of my skin, I would say I have only noticed very subtle changes. But most people say that my skin generally does not have many issues with wrinkles and fine lines to begin with. So I’m not sure if I will be seeing much change as far as appearance.The surface that rests against the skin, of the device is made from silicone I believe. I am really sensitive to synthetic fibers and latex, and I have had no issues with this product during or after use. I think the outer layer of the mask is nice as well, but I would prefer a material that doesn’t allow dirt and grime to show up so easily. I am not getting my mask dirty, but I do apply different things to my skin like mud masks and sometimes I miss a little bit here and there cleaning up afterwards. I have had to wipe down the surface a few times by now, and I didn’t have any issues with permanent stains, but I think I would prefer a darker color in general. It’s by no means a deal breaker in my book, but its my preference.I think this red light mask is one of the easiest products that I have used in this product category. All you really have to do is fit the mask to your face and press the power button and wait three mins. It really couldn’t be easier. I have quite a few red light products and Solawave has really made wearable red light therapy easy and repeatable. Many products that I have purchased in the past do not get used because I cannot be bothered setting them up, cleaning them up afterwards and putting them away afterwards. It makes a huge difference having a product that is so easy to use.I have become hooked on the power of red light therapy after my time with my Solawave products like this one. I don’t love the color but it’s entirely forgivable considering the changes I have felt and that it cleans up easily. Honestly cleanup is a big deal because if you look at some of the other red light products out there, they are not at all that easy to clean at all. I probably would not have said the price was worth it before actually using this mask, but I really don’t feel that way now. Knowing how much energy I have now, I cannot imaging not having this mask in my life. I use it every day and I plan to continue doing so for the foreseeable future. Yes I recommend this product. 5 out of 5 stars.
