Better as a face wash for dehydrated oily skin!
TLDR: Glow getter has amazing clean gentle yet effective ingredients in a massive bottle to last you forever! Super hydrating and great if you’re looking for a WONDERFUL hydrating wash for your face that doesn’t dry you out or strip your skin. As a girl with dehydrated oily skin I cannot suggest a better product.I do really love this body wash but for the price, I can’t justify using it all the time as it doesn’t last long for me. I have been on and off switching back to this as a body wash over the past year and just recently decided to stop using as a body wash altogether and switch back to Dove for economical reasons. I have dehydrated oily skin and I always prioritize hydration; I used to use Cerave hydrating foaming oil cleanser as my face wash and it’s not bad but I wanted better (best non drying face wash I tried but still not the greatest). I’ve been researching hydrating, gentle, effective face washes for my skin type, and given how this body wash made my body feel and the pH of it (4.25-4.75, great range for face products), I decided to give this a try on my face.GIRL WHEN I TELL YOU MY SKIN HAS NEVER FELT BETTER!!!!! I use a single pump and lather real good into my hands and wash my face with warm water for a minute and rinse with cold water. The ingredients are so gentle and nice and leaves my skin feeling soft, supple, and hydrated, which is a great base for my other hydrating moisturizers! I normally would never advocate for using a body wash on your face as not all washes are created equal (shampoo =/= dish soap =/= hand soap =/= body wash =/= laundry detergent etc), but Naturium is what I’d refer to as a “skincare body brand”. A lot of their body products are created with a skincare approach and not just a “get clean” approach by using better ingredients and ones that are meant to tackle skin problems, so for that reason I felt confident putting this on my face.Something else I ADORE about this product is the ingredients! For glow getter, the first ingredient is glycerin which helps to draw moisture into the skin which is wonderful in itself. Followed by water, there’s two other surfactants (cleaning agents that remove dirt and oils) next that are great for all skin types. The first is coco betaine which is more of a general surfactant and the other (which I’m most happy about) is disodium cocoamphodiacetate which is very mild but SUPER effective. It’s a non-irritating ingredient used a lot in sensitive skin products and best of all baby products! I AM NOT SAYING THIS PRODUCT IS SAFE FOR BABIES. DO NOT TAKE THIS AS ME ADVOCATING ON PUTTING THIS ON A BABY, I AM NOT A DOCTOR OR DERMATOLOGIST. DO NOT PUT THIS ON A BABY!!!!! I’m just very happy to see something so gentle on the list. The majority of the other ingredients are just plant extracts or other emulsifiers/preservatives needed to let it last on shelves ofc and the entire formula is so simple and gentle making me love it even more.If you’re looking for a hydrating face wash and have troubles finding a good one, I HIGHLY recommend the glow getter body wash. I cannot speak on the other body washes as I’ve only ever used glow getter. As someone with dehydrated oily skin that “hydrating” products never seem to work on, I 1000000% recommend this no matter what skin type you have. Helps great with acne and oil production, and good hydration starts with a good foundation, which is this! I use this only at night since I use cleaning wipes in the AM for my face cleaning but I’m sure it would be no issues if used twice daily. I use one pump a day and it will most definitely last forever lol. A great option if you want an economical, skin-safe, hydrating, moisturizing face wash!!!!

Best Body Wash Ever!
This is the perfect body wash. It is a little more expensive, and it doesn’t last me a super long time, but because it is such a treat to use, I just don’t care.This body wash both cleanses my skin and removes the need for any type of lotion/post-shower moisturizer, even throughout Minnesota winter. This was a huge selling point for me; lotion is such a hassle, a sticky, sensory nightmare I am happy to discard! I am more hydrated after my showers now, in the most natural-feeling, non-sticky/gummy or ‘wet’ way that other moisturizers can be. Amazing! This used with an exfoliating glove gives me the smoothest skin.It really surprises me people don’t like the smell. The Glow Getter variety in particular smells really nice to me! It was another key selling point for me. Scents and noses and skin chemistry are so variable I guess, but to me and my husband’s noses, it’s a light scent, not too sweet of perfumey, that lingers just the right amount and length of time (a few hours maybe). I can’t really describe it, just lightly sweet, soothing, while still smelling ‘clean’. It smells very natural to me, non-offensive. I’ve tried the Smoother variety as well, and that one did not smell as good, not bad though, although I cannot recall exactly why or what it smelled like.All in all, I recommend this soap to everyone! If you don’t like applying lotion, try this body wash!As the very last step in my shower, I apply a pump or two of this all over, then AVOID the water for a minute or two to let it really hydrate my skin. I’ll then rinse really quickly and gently with some cool water, making sure I don’t fully strip off all that slippery hydration. Then dry gently. Extra hydrated, extra smooth, no lotion or oil needed!

Ultra-hydrating, glowy results with a slightly questionable scent ✨🧴
This is easily one of the most luxurious body washes I’ve ever used. The texture is kind of wild in the best way. Once it hits water, it turns into this airy, almost fizzy, shaving-cream-like foam that just glides over your skin 🫧 It feels fancy. Like “I didn’t need this, but now I can’t go back” fancy.And it actually performs. My skin looks noticeably more hydrated and has that subtle glow after I use it ✨ which is not something I usually expect from a body wash. It’s especially good if you live somewhere dry or deal with dry skin because it cleans without that tight, stripped feeling. It leaves your skin soft and moisturized in a way that lasts beyond the shower 💧It also feels gentle and well-balanced, something I’d use daily without thinking twice.Now… the scent 😅 It’s not bad, it’s just not for me. One of those where you pause and go “hmm” every time you use it. It does linger a bit, so if you’re picky about fragrance, that’s worth noting.Overall, though, the hydration, glow, and texture completely carry this product. If you want your shower to feel a little more luxurious and your skin to look like you drink more water than you actually do, this is a really solid pick 💁‍♀️✨
