I’ve been really sticking to my hair growth and having supplements to help with the process.This is 300 softgels for hair, skin, and nails. Taking three a day. It has a sweet scent and eventhough I’m not used to taking that many daily, I trusted the process. It’s not heavy and slow release does help immensely.These supplements have 5000mcg biotin, collagen, keratin, hyaluronic acid, argan oil and B complex. Quality and adhesive working to help give my follicles a boost.I noticed my nails first. They’ve been growing stronger and that’s the healthy side effect I was hoping for.Next was my hair. At about three weeks, I noticed no fallout and it was growing too.As far as my skin, that’s still in question, but I haven’t felt negative side effects.Price point is affordable for the quality and quantity

Good all-in-one for hair, skin and nails
This vitamin is perfect for those who hate talking multi vitamin pills like myself. My doctor recommended me to take a multi vitamin that includes B and this daily 3 gel capsules are easy to swallow and takes care of that and is exactly what I needed! My only minor complaint is that it does have a minor smell to it which I’m not fond of but that’s nitpickign considering the health benefits.It is a little pricier compared to similar products but if it works then it’s all worth it. My nails are very thin and fragile so I hope these gel capsules help, but it’s still too early to see any changes but I will continuously take this vitamin.

Reputable brand, great for hair and nails
The capsules are packed with a lot of vitamins. The serving size is three, although I’ve been taking two since that still gives me more than the ones I normally buy. When I opened the pack, I noticed a smell that reminded me of something but I can’t quite think of what it is. Probably another set of vitamins or pills I’ve used in the past. It’s not the best smelling but it’s okay. What I usually buy is coated in sugar so they smell sweet but aren’t the best for your teeth. As for taste, they are neutral. The capsules are easy to swallow. I don’t have any concerns about quality. According to information on Amazon, NatureBell is from a Chinese company that is owned by the government. They appear to have a good reputation for sustainability and submit their products to 3rd party labs for testing and certification. I’ve been taking the same kind of supplements for years now and found if I stop I can tell a difference in my nails and hair so they definitely work. I haven’t noticed a difference in my skin but definitely recommend them for the other two.

Added color?
I bought this because it had the same ingredients as the one I was using but more potent formula. Everything looked great then I get it and read “added color” what is this mysterious added color. I’m not going to buy it again just because of the added color. I bought these supplements to help myself not poison myself with added color. I only eat or take anything with artificial colors if necessary. This isn’t necessary. But all the other ingredients are good.

I am happy that I decided to order the NatureBell Hair, Skin & Nails* Vitamins for Women. They are packed full of a lot of good nutrients. I was mostly interested in the Biotin and this supplement does not disappoint as it contains 5000mcg Biotin per serving. A serving is considered to be 3 soft gels daily. As a bonus, they also contain Collagen, Keratin, Hyaluronic Acid, Argan Oil & B‑Complex. I have been using these now for a month and feel like my nails aren’t breaking as much and my hair looks good. I think this is a good value since the bottle lasts more than 3 months if they are taken as intended. I did not detect any aftertaste, but they do have a smell. It isn’t terrible, but it is detectable.
