Can I use the LHA Gel Cleanser every day?

Yes. The formula is gentle enough for daily use on sensitive skin. LHA provides mild exfoliation that clears pores without irritation, making it safe for morning and night routines.

Does the cleanser leave skin dry or tight?

No. It’s a low-pH gel cleanser infused with 8-layer hyaluronic acid and chestnut shell extract to hydrate and soothe while cleansing. Skin feels refreshed, not stripped.

It seems that both the color and fragrance of the cleanser have changed.

Since we use raw material, the color and scent may vary slightly based on the harvested chestnuts. However, the product is completely safe to use, so please feel free to continue using it.

Is this cleanser good for sensitive or acne-prone skin?

Yes. The cleanser is hypoallergenic, dermatologist-tested, and clinically shown to be non-irritating (irritation index 0.00). It helps reduce dead skin buildup and pore congestion, which can benefit acne-prone skin.

The amount seems to be less than what is indicated(200ml).

To enhance safety during use, the container is manufactured larger than the product’s amount. This may look slightly less full than the photo shown, but this is not a quality issue.
