Surprising Inserts
This jar is pretty for the bling. It catches light and sparkles a bit. It’s smooth to the touch and opens and closes nicely.I’m not sure what the top white insert on the cap, the nub piece, is or does. I actually find it an odd insert on the cap. What does it do?I can’t seem to get anything out of it, it doesn’t pump or pour. It doesn’t rotate and the top part of the cap is permanently attached to this white extended insert. What does it do?!I had initially thought you removed the bottom white plastic insert. It has two holes in it so I thought it would leak. Tested it with water.Well it leaks if you remove the insert because there is a small hole in the bottom of the jar itself. What?So the insert stays in. Okay. So how does it pump or dispense things? Perhaps I’m not seeing something here but it’s not clear what works.The plastic bottle appears thick and the bling is well wrapped around it. It is a cute bottle but considering I’m stumped by something so simple it leaves me wondering and a tad frustrated. What’s up with the inserts?I would like to see the bottle opened and displaying its uses more aptly in the description. Maybe I wouldn’t be so unsure as to how it’s supposed to dispense products.The description states this is a set but one bottle was received. Im not even sure if it’s the 30 or 50 ml, my guess would be the 30 ml bottle was sent. It is small and probably useful for travel.The bling is nice but I’m not convinced this is worth the cost, especially given the confusion over how the bottle is supposed to function.The top looks like it could be missing something, like a hose or straw, or maybe not.I’m not convinced this dispenser actually helps to dispense anything considering you have to dip your fingers in to get a product out. That’s not a dispenser that’s simply bottle that contains your product. Personally I would have been happier with just the plastic bottle and the exterior bling. The inserts are simply useless, with the bottom one taking up precious space and the top one being odd at best.
