Great product and great customer service.
I’ve had this diffuser for about 6 months and it was great at first, I plan to get some more for other rooms in my apartment. Here are the pros and cons.Pros:-You don’t have to refill a water dank every other day.-A single 10ml essential oil bottle lasts about a month-Will fill a small room with scene in a short amount of timeCons:-The unit will not continuously work when plugged in, the battery will charge then the current is cut off. Once the battery dies you have to unplug the charger and plug it back in to work-It stopped working after about 5ish months, it turns on but will not spray and it’s past the point of return/exchange.Edit: shortly after posting this the company reached out and offered to send me a new unit completely free of charge. Talk about great customer service.

I have become obsessed trying to find a diffuser that just works consistently. I’ve bought several over the past few years: water based, ultrasonic, and nebulizing. This is the clear winner: it doesnt clog, does not require special oils, or dilution with alcohol. Addition pro’s:- Looks attractive- Works flawlessly- Not messy- Intuitive controls: provides both short-term and 24-hr operation; I don’t have to remember to re-start it every day….and you can tell that its actually working because of the LED built in to the nozzle illuminates the mist – brilliant.Impeccable customer service: I encountered a minor issue when the citrus oil i was using spilled and damaged the coating on the top surface. I blame myself, but emailed the company, merely to suggest that they use a different type of coating. I did not expect to receive a reply, let alone within minutes… offering to replace the item for free!I plan to replace each of the other half-dozen or so diffusers around the house, as they inevitably fail.[ I rarely leave product reviews…. and I am NOT a robot!]

Best Diffuser
I love this oil diffuser so much! The charge lasts for a very long time! I have it in my powder room that does not have an electrical outlet and it works perfectly! I have gifted this to several people because it is such a great diffuser!

Great diffuser, while it works 🙁
I have purchased 4 of these over the past year and have had fantastic results with 2 of the 4. I have them on the 5 min setting and they each start at a different time of the day to keep my house smelling fantastic 24/7. The only issue is that 2 of the 4 stopped working pretty quickly. I returned 1, got another one and the replacement has also stopped working again but it’s not within my return window anymore. I really love this product and am not sure why I keep having issues with the newer ones. Did something change? I operate all of them exactly the same. Same bottles, same oil, same timer but they just don’t stay working. I’ve tried cleaning them, pushing the oil out, even using a smaller size bottle. Same issues. The timer turns on, the light turns on, I hear it, but no oil diffuses. the size is great, they push enough oil to send your scent into the entire room (and my house – 1600 sqft). I just wished the other 2 I purchased would work like the first 2.

Love it but it Stopped working
I so wanted to give this 5 stars but i bought 2 of these in September and one of them has stopped working already. Besides that i love them. I don’t mind the battery life because it’s rechargeable and the spray intervals are just fine. I sometimes turn it off myself when scent gets to be too much.

Good little diffuser
I live in a travel trailer about 150 sq feet. It does a great job. Very quiet, easy to charge and move anywhere. Its slightly less wide than a playing card, and a bit longer. Easy to use and clean.

Replacement sent to me after one quit, good customer service
Update 8-4-25: Soon after seeing my original review below, the seller contacted me and sent me a replacement unit. So far, the second of the two units I initially ordered is working well. I have not used the replacement unit. I still think these diffusers are worth buying. They don’t need troublesome refills of water as they diffuse directly from the oil bottle.Original review: Bought two of these in April 2025. One quit diffusing after about two months. The motor works but nothing is emitted. I cleaned it per instructions but no luck. I plugged in the second one to replace the first one and so far, it still works. They diffuse well and a small bottle lasts about three days of overnight use set on five-minute cycles, the third setting.

Great little diffuser that is powerful enough to do the job. No fuss, no mess. Attach your oils right to the diffuser and it takes almost any size. Easy to use and good for medium sized rooms. Great purchase so far.
