What are the advantages and disadvantages to chemical vs mineral sunscreens?
Mineral sunscreens work as soon as you apply onto skin, but because they sit directly on the skin may rub or sweat off more easily than chemical sunscreens that take at least 15min to properly absorb, meaning skin may not be immediately protected.

Best sunscreen I’ve ever found, and I’ve used them all!
The only sunscreen I will use on my face. I had an accident a year ago, where I broke my nose and I have had to put sunscreen on every single day and this is the one it doesn’t get oily at all, in fact, it absorbs oil and makes my skin feel very good.

Worth the price for sensitive face sunblock
I was reluctant to buy this based on the tiny size and the high price tag, however, it does what’s advertised and doesn’t make my face break out.It has a zinc like finish with a drying effect so my face looks powdered and doesn’t feel greasy. It might be less desirable if you have a dark skin tone. I’ve also found it best to apply before dressing because it will absolutely leave white marks on clothing.I am most impressed by the quality and safety of the ingredients, since it’s been difficult for me to find truly effective and skin safe sunblock.

Great for oily skin!
Definitely leaves white cast, I’m pretty fair skinned, makes me look like a ghost. Just rub it in your hands first, breaks into the mineral so minimize the white cast look. It feels lightweight and as someone with pretty oily skin it does a pretty good job!

Amazing but peels off
I really like that my skin doesn’t feel sticky and greasy. Super lightweight and perfect for oily skin. The only thing I don’t love is that it gets a little white and peels off in some spots.

Awesome… Doesn’t show on skin… Within a few minutes it completely disappears. My skin is extremely oily and this is matte. You can’t tell I’m wearing it. And it’s VERY EFFECTIVE.

Surprisingly great
Im actually so surprised but how much I like this. I have never worn sunscreen on my face due to sensitive skin. I finally bit the bullet and tried this. Glad I did. I spot tested first with no new break outs. Then finally tried my whole face and honestly I think my skin looks better with it on. Almost like a pore blurring affect. It is very matte. Its quite pricey but for me it’ll be worth it.Edit after wearing for weeks. Still a very good sunscreen, it does tend to pile/flake in the creases of your skin, such as noes or chin. I have had a couple of tiny tiny white heads that I’m assuming is due to the sunscreen, because its in places I normally dont break out in. But I still think this is the best option.

Dries down on very oily skin to a matte finish, but really stings eyes
I am in a forever quest for a face sunscreen that will hold up against my extremely oily skin, not break me out and not sting my eyes. So far this accomplished the first two criteria, but really hurts is it gets near my eyes. I’m not taking a star off for that because this product is a chemical sunscreen and is not marketed as not stinging around eyes. If you can deal with that or have a good workaround for it, you might like this. I’m probably going to use it as yet another body sunscreen while I continue searching for something else for my face.

Good
I have pretty oily skin and this product is very good compared to the others I have tried previously. It absorbs my facial oil pretty well for most of the day, but after like 6hr your skin will start to have reflect a little and after like ~9hr my skin did become oily to an extent. But it was not as bad as other sunscreens . This sunscreen does leave a white cast and a pretty visible one if you don’t blend it in very well.

A éste producto lo conocí hace un par de años. Te deja la cara un poco ceniza al principio de su aplicación pero a los 10 minutos desaparece la capa blanquecina y tiene una duración muy superior a los de menor fps; no es para nada grasoso y el efecto mate también es duradero… eso en cuanto a lo cosmético.Respecto a su función coadyuvante en el cuidado de la piel le doy un 10/10, evita irritación de la piel incluso en condiciones de alta radiación UV y tampoco (al menos en mi caso) es necesario estarte poniendo cada dos horas. Eso sí, si te llegara a caer en los ojos por escurrimiento de sudor la vas a pasar mal (muy mal) pero creo que eso pasa con cualquier bloqueador.
