Easy to use, functions well (for now… my last one stopped working <1 week after the return date eligibility period, i.e., planned obsolescence; but that was a different and more expensive brand. So that would make this a better cost value. The size is not TOO big but it can get heavy after long periods. It’s comfortable too—as in it doesn’t hurt. So, overall great.

La empecé a utilizarla siguiendo las recomendaciones del manual sin embargo dejó de funcionar, la máquina si enciende pero al presionar el botón del láser no lo tira.Es complicado hacer la devolución desde CR ya que hay que pagar envío del producto para que le hagan la devolución del dinero o para que le vuelvan a enviar una máquina nueva que se pasó también debo pagar envío hacia CR de nuevo, y no hay manera de comunicarse con el vendedor, solo con un bot de Amazon

Ich verwende das Gerät schon seit 10 Monaten wie in der Anleitung beschrieben.Die Haare haben sich kaum verändert, obwohl ich eine helle Haut und dunkle Haare habe. Außerdem braucht das Gerät sehr lange bis die nächsten Lichtimpuöse abgegeben werden. Es ist nicht so schnell wie versprochen und dauert 1 Stunde bis man sich die Beine und Achseln größer hat. Die Automatik Funktion klappt auch nicht es springt zur manuellen Funktion um.Manchmal gibt das Gerät auch Lichtimpulse ab, obwohl ich die Taste nicht gedrückt halte, sodass es schon mal vorgekommen ist dass ich Licht ins Gesicht abbekommen habe. Wahrscheinlich handelt es sich um ein Produktionsfehler im Laser.

Wir, mein Mann und ich haben das Produkt beide getestet. Genau nach Anleitung. Leider hat sich bei keinem von uns der gewünschte Effekt eingestellt. Alle Haare wachsen noch genauso nach wie vorher.Es war ein mühseliger Prozess, jeden 2. Tag über Wochen aber wir haben es durchgezogen.Wir können das Produkt daher leider nicht empfehlen. Zum Schluss ging das Gerät sogar immer wieder von alleine aus, was zusätzlich nicht für das Produkt spricht.Zwei Sterne deshalb, weil es gut in der Hand lag, die Kühlung gut klappt und das Gerät in der Theorie gute Eigenschaften hat.
