Good Molecules is really good.
This gel works. The directions on the product are concise and easy to follow. The gel absorbed quickly into my skin and did not feel sticky or oily.For my first use, I left it on overnight and the redness from my rosacea was a bit better. I used a small dab of the gel for each application.With consistent use ( 4 x per week) I have noticed a definite improvement. I will purchase this item again as it is a very good value.

Works great for my perioral dermatitis
I have perioral dermatitis which causes inflammation around the nose and mouth with painful red patches and bumps that often burn. It sometimes causes my skin to peel, especially around my nose.I’ve seen a dermatologist twice, both here in the U.S. and S. Korea. I’ve been prescribed antibiotics (worked temporarily), steroid creams, and other topical ointments. Nothing truly worked. I decided to give this one a try, and it has cleared up my flare-ups and redness by at least 50%, sometimes more. I use it once daily at night, after washing my face and applying toner, but before serum and moisturizer. I avoid serum on the inflamed areas of my face. I apply it to the affected areas only, not over my whole face. A pea-sized amount is plenty. It burns just slightly, especially if my skin is inflamed. When I wake up in the morning, my skin looks so much clearer with reduced redness and inflammation. I’m so happy I found this!

Great product
I have rosacea, and this did a really great job of soothing it. It felt a little gritty, but I assume that’s the medicine in it. I wear it underneath makeup as a daily comfort. It’s very lightweight and leaves a protective coating on your face.

This product is ok. It is not sticky on my skin. It has no smell. I think it is a good moisturizer. However, i felt a little burning sensation when i applied it to my sensitive skin. Good product overall.

I really like this. It comes out looking like a lotion. I could tell a difference the very first time I used it as far as it’s brightening and smoothing effects.I slept with it overnight and ended up having to exfoliate because it did cause a little bit of flaky skin even though I used a moisturizer over it. I was generous with the amount I used though. I have sensitive skin and this didn’t make my skin red or irritated. I use a retinol product on most nights but will use this when my skin needs a break from retinol but I still want a little “some-something.’”If your skin can’t handle retinol you might want to give this a try for some of the same benefits in a much milder form.

Creamy & effective
I add a bit of hydrating oil from good molecules and put a thin layer down . Then I add this to my acne or all over my face . The oil helps I feel to make it less irritating cuz I like to poke at my acne if I feel it’s burning too long .But the thin oil makes it so once the Azelic acid has settled it goes back to being light weight on the face . I feel for my skin type if I just put the cream directly it dries a bit on a way that doesn’t feel as hydrating . So the oil helps keep the hydration for me personally while using it .

I wish I took “before” photos. My skin had rosacea in my t-zone area for the past year and it worsened. I looked up on how to help it and this had the most of the suggested ingredients in it to help. I wasn’t very hopeful bc I’ve tried expensive creams and serums. Just after 2 days my skin had a dramatic difference. My left side is completely back to normal, my right side is significantly better, and my nose is getting there. I am so amazed by this product and how inexpensive it is. Oh and the first time I used it my face felt tingly but that also went away. This has been the only effective treatment I’ve used for my rosacea.

Good molecules you did that! I had some serious breakouts from wearing a helmet while driving an ATV and I was really bummed because my face was finally recovering from a break out. This right here got rid of those big painful bumps in a matter of days!! It absorbs very easily, doesn’t pull with my other products, and it’s light weight. This is definitely worth the money
