I add these mineral salts with my Epsom salt and soak in the bath and it took my dark bag under my eyes eye and made my skin look healthier than it ever has. They promote extreme relaxation—esp. when combined with a good essential oil like frankincense or lavender. Definitely felt better after a hot soak. Not sure I feel any better than a hot bath with ebson salt and that cost much less.
