Not as messy as waxing with some drawbacks, and it works
This came in very nice packaging but almost nothing instruction wise. I had to do some research online to figure out how to use it safely and effectively. The device itself looks nice and is fairly ergonomic and easy to use, it seems fairly tough and well built.The treatment felt like a brief warm shock to the skin—noticeable but manageable. I usually had mild redness and some skin irritation that a steady soreness a few hours after each session, and last for 6-8 hours— similar to a mild sunburn: warm, slightly tight, and more sensitive than usual. That feeling typically went away by the next day or so.Results require patience— I didn’t notice much after the first time, but after several uses with healing time in between, hair started growing back more slowly and in finer, especially in areas with darker, coarser hair. After more sessions hair growth continued to reduce.Overall, my experience has been mixed. The device did reduce hair growth over time, but it requires consistency and some tolerance for temporary skin sensitivity. Compared to waxing, which provides immediate smoothness but needs to be repeated regularly, and still causes irritation, but different feeling. Whether it’s worth it likely depends on personal preference, budget, and how much time you’re willing to invest.I’m not sure if its really my kind thing so I stopped using it after a while. Complete inability to grow hair was not that important to me. The product does seem to work, though it just seems like it would take a lot of repeated uses to fully stop hair growth. I believe professional laser treatments use a little bit different technologies so they may work faster if you’re willing to spend the extra money to go in for professional sessions, but this seems to be a much more budget friendly option if you’re willing to put the time in.

Not user friendly, and only works when it wants to
This is really difficult to use. The laser pulse seems to be very random and arbitrary, it will pulse whenever it feels like it. We’ll, when the stars align, and you are pushing the button AND the device feels like it, then it will pulse. I spent over 20 minutes trying to use it, and got maybe 3 or 4 minutes of sporadic use out of it. Which is very unfortunate, because i like everything else about it, the ergonomics is fine, it comes with sunglasses to protect your eyes while using it. OK, so there are some other issues….there are only 2 buttons, but 4 functions….turn on/off, trigger pulse, adjust power level, and switch between pulse styles. So it is difficult to get it to do what you want, trying to trigger a pulse, and it switches pulse styles…. all in all, not really pleased with it.

I was definitely skeptical of this product at first and whether it would actually work as promised. I have been converted.As a disclaimer, I am not a particularly hairy person to begin with. I used this on my lower legs and my arm pits.The product is well packaged and easy to set up. They include protective eye coverings (sunglasses) to use along with the product, a razor and a large instruction booklet. I was surprised very surprised that you shouldn’t use the product for certain hair colors/types so just be aware.I found the instructions pretty informative but a bit confusing but even with that was able to use the product successfully. It was painless. Definitely use the eyeglasses provided, that light is seriously bright.Also, be aware that when you put the sunglasses on it is very hard to see anything else so know what you are doing and make sure you don’t have to read anything while they are on.Overall I would say worth the money.
