I’m completely an utterly blown away!! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on IPL treatments in an attempt to remove the sun damage which caused spider veins all over my face. Hundreds of dollars that barely touched any of them. And then I buy this cream and it’s a miracle in a tube!!!It even shrinks the large pores that I have on my nose. I’ve been using it for about a month twice a day and I’m completely impressed!! I highly recommend this cream!! is it a cure it will get rid of them permanently I have no idea. I do know that for my nose support I have to put it on daily.But I will be using it a bit longer and we’ll see what the results come up with and then I’ll come back and let you all know.

Great to repair a damaged skin barrier
I have acne prone combination skin. Oily t-zone but super dry skin around my eyes and nose. I break out easily from almost all thick creams and have found it to be really hard to repair my skin barrier especially when using retinols. Every repair cream I’ve tried has broken me out except this. It’s thick and a little hard to blend out but the heat from my hands melts it in. Just make sure your skin is notttt wet when applying. Ive repurchased multiple times

Based on my first use overnight, this product is amazing for papular rosacea! I woke up to smooth, beautiful skin this morning, and the flare-up has been calmed. Before ordering this product, I’ve used Avene Cicalfate cream with great results. I was excited to give SOS CICA a try because of the boost of zinc. Very pleased with the results overnight.

I (26) have literally stopped using every other skin care topical that I have. This stuff is fantastic. I purchased it initially to treat my redness. It does that very well. It also somehow promotes clear skin while simultaneously being very hydrating and soothing. I don’t know how it does both—but it does! My pores are noticeably smaller. I’ve gotten compliments from family. If you use a lot, it does leave a white cast. I use more at night and less in the mornings for that reason. Note I have fair skin, so the white cast may be more bothersome on other skin tones. I find that I can put makeup and powder over it like normal if I please. If I just go bare faced, sure I might look a little shiny. But it has made such a difference in my photo-sensitive skin! I will be purchasing again when I run out.

Great for acne prone skin!
So good for acne! My teen had bad acne and anything she used would dry out her face. She needed a good moisturizer. This repaired her skin! Cleared it up and leaves it fully moisturized! She has sensitive skin and this did not irritate it at all. Worth every penny.

I see some reviewers saying this cream is too thick and clogging. As a rosacea sufferer, I find it very calming and nourishing. I will be ordering it again. A little goes a long way. I only need a smidge (half a pea, if that) for my nose and cheeks, and then spread it around. Best used as a night cream because it leaves a white cast. I also rub a little into the backs of my hands and find that my nails are stronger and longer.
