These actually WORK!
Let me begin by telling you that these actually WORK!! I had been taking Nutrafol for 2 months (not to mention I was so tired of taking 4 pills a day) I cancelled my subscription and switched to these and my hair has stopped shredding completely! I’m on my second bottle. I’ve been taking other Mary Ruth’s supplements before for example their multivitamin but I can tell you nothing works like these! At least for shedding. Decent Hair vitamins
I have been taking these for several months and can see a very very slight improvement in my hair. I haven’t noticed a huge improvement and was hoping for a little more. The gummies taste good and are easy to chew. I do wish they had a higher biotin level in them, overall these are decent hair vitamins.
