Oh my goodness I love it
I purchased this looking for a soft vanilla scent. This had to be top 3 of the best oil I have ever used for my body. I am a black woman so most oil that I use for my body aren’t that great, doesn’t moisturize as good but this one has proved me wrong. It’s not too thick and not too thin of an oil, you can rub it out evenly throughout your body wherever you’d like. You genuinely stay moisturized for the whole day even if you don’t use a lot. I just wish they had a bigger bottle because it was truly amazing. Stays for a long time, scent is soft and nice not too strong and not too soft which is perfect. I would say it’s worth the money even though the bottle size is a bit small or maybe I just used too much lol. Great purchase would get it again no doubt.

I’ve been using the Saltair Body Oil in Santal Bloom after showers and overall I really like it. The scent is pleasant, soft, slightly warm, and not overpowering. It feels nice going on the skin and absorbs fairly quickly. It does not leave a heavy or greasy residue, which is something I appreciate in a body oil.My skin feels more hydrated after using it, especially on dry areas. A little goes a decent distance since it spreads easily with the pump.That said, the main downside for me is the price relative to the size. It feels a bit expensive for what you get, especially if you plan to use it regularly over larger areas of the body. I like the product, but I am not sure I would repurchase often unless it were on sale or offered in a larger bottle.Overall, it is a nice quality body oil with a great scent and good hydration, but the value for money is just okay.

It’s simple the best!
I’ve been using the Saltair Body Oil in Luxurious Santal Bloom for a few weeks now, and overall it’s a really solid addition to my routine.The first thing I noticed is the scent—it’s warm, slightly floral, and has that soft, woody santal vibe that feels elevated without being overpowering. It lingers just enough to feel like you’re wearing something, but doesn’t clash with perfume.The texture is lightweight and absorbs pretty quickly, which I appreciate because I don’t like feeling greasy. It leaves my skin looking glowy and feeling soft, especially right after a shower. That said, if your skin is very dry, you might find yourself needing to reapply or layer it with a lotion for longer-lasting moisture.The packaging is simple and clean, but I do wish the dispenser gave a little more control—it’s easy to pour out more than you need.Overall, it’s a great body oil if you want something that feels a bit luxurious and smells amazing without being too heavy. Not a miracle product, but definitely a nice everyday treat for your skin.

Nice body oil
I am a fan of Saltair products and love using this product. After applying to the skin, I find that this oil is of a nice consistency and is not sticky or greasy leaving my skin very soft. The Santal Bloom fragrance is one of my favourites in the Saltair range (I also have the sunscreen oil in this fragrance), it is a mix of rose and vanilla for me which I love very much. I agree with some other reviewers that the fragrance does not last all day but for me this is not a deal breaker as the other product attributes (e.g. moisturising/hydrating effect, non-greasy feel, dewy skin effect) make it a worthwhile purchase. I also find that this body oil makes my skin glow after applying, I personally like to use this post showering after applying a fragrance free body lotion to seal in skin moisture. Combining this with a good quality hydrating body wash and I do not think you can go wrong really. I will see how this fares up during the cold winter season as I do tend to get more drier even itchy skin during this time of year but so far so so good. I have no complaints and def recommend this product. Note the price may be a factor (you get just under 120ml for 22 USD, it is packaged in a glass bottle so may explain the price point) but I think it is worth it especially if you can grab a bottle during a sale. I have tried other body oils and by far like and enjoy using this one the most.Final note – I personally love the packaging for this product. Saltair have been changing their other packaging (aluminium bottles to plastic) which is a bit of a disappointment, I would ask that for the body oil products, please leave this as it is as glass may be a better recycling option than more plastic even if this has been recycled prior to packing the product. Just a personal opinion.

I am extremely picky about body oils because most of them either sit on top of the skin or make me feel greasy. This one does neither.The texture is lightweight but still deeply nourishing. I apply it on damp skin right after the shower and it absorbs beautifully — no sticky feeling, no transfer onto clothes. My skin feels soft for hours, not just “shiny.”The scent is what really surprised me. It’s warm, subtle, and elevated — not overpowering or synthetic. It smells expensive without being loud. I’ve gotten compliments but it stays close to the skin.With winter dryness and indoor heat, my skin was feeling tight and uncomfortable. This completely changed that. It gives glow + actual hydration.If you’re debating between this and a basic lotion, this is in a different category.Will absolutely repurchase.
