Noticeable Difference in Days
I’ve been taking these vitamins for years after noticing results within just five days of starting them. Whenever I forget to take them or run out, I can definitely see a difference in my skin, nails, and hair. I appreciate that they don’t make me feel sick like others I’ve tried, and I don’t have to take them with food to not feel nauseous. Also, very reasonably priced for the product. I highly recommend these if you struggle with brittle nails or thin hair. I even get compliments at the nail salon because people think my nails are fake! I just wish I had taken before and after photos.

It Works
I feel it has really helped my hair look and feel softer. Skin and nails look healthier as well. It’s very effective, does what it says. The pills are a bit on the big side and they have an earthy taste but they go sown easily with no after taste or stomach upset. I feel good about my purchase as it is a good product at a good price.

My nails started splitting and no matter what I was doing to stop it, nothing was working. I remembered that when I use to take these my nails got super strong so I ordered them again and sure enough it worked! My nails have healed, they are fairly strong, and have not split. I like that you can take them anytime of day, with or without food. It does also work for your hair. Everytime I take this, my hair looks so much fuller. Definitely a great supplement!

Digestible natural ingredients
I use MegaFood supplements because they use natural ingredients that my body recognizes as food. So many supplements are made with engineered ingredients that bodies just discard them instead of digesting them. That doesn’t happen with MegaFood supplements.
